Twin City Raceway has dirt-track racing Friday and Saturday

Twin City Raceway will host dirt-track racing today and Saturday, with races starting at 6 p.m. both nights.

On both days, the gates open at 2 p.m., and qualifying is at 4 p.m. Rain makeup will be at 1 p.m. the next day.

Racing will be with stock cars, late models, legends, trucks and sprints, depending on participants.

Current military and military veterans get in free. GCI account holders also get in free by bringing a bill or invoice.

Seniors and students get in for $5, while general admission for adults is $10. Pit passes, for those 12 and older, are $20.

Twin City Raceway is located at Mile 6.5 of the Kenai Spur Highway on Shotgun Road, across from Beaver Loop.
