Twin City Raceway holds Powder Puff races

The Kenai Peninsula Racing Lions – Circle Track Division held a pair of Powder Puff races Saturday, July 20, at Twin City Raceway.

The Powder Puff races were in the Legends and Mini Stock categories. Sara Williams won the Mini Stock race, while the Legends race did not have any finishers.

In other action, Jimmie Hale won the A Stock feature, Josh Boone won the Legends feature, Jonathan Voight won the Mini Stock feature and Martin Flora won the Modifieds feature.

Action continues at Twin City Raceway on Saturday, July 27, with the Legends Dirty 30 and kids bicycle races. Gates open at 2 p.m., time trials are at 3 p.m. and the race starts at 5 p.m.
