Soldotna C girls basketball tops CIA

The Soldotna C girls basketball team defeated visiting Cook Inlet Academy 31-16 on Monday.

Soldotna led 8-5 after the first quarter, then upped the lead to 14-6 at halftime. Soldotna led 23-14 after the third, before winning the last quarter 8-2.

Joanna Cornelius and Andrea Rodriguez had eight points each for the Stars. Adara Warren had 12 to lead the Eagles.
