Seward track and field hosts tri meet

The Seward track and field team hosted a tri meet with Anchorage Christian Schools and Birchwood Christian on Tuesday.

On the boys side of the meet, ACS captured eight of the nine events contested. Trey Ingalls broke through for Seward with a victory in the 110-meter hurdles in 17.52 seconds.

On the girls side of the meet, the Lions won four events, Seward won three events and Birchwood Christian won two events.

Hailey Ingalls nabbed a pair of events for the Seahawks. Ingalls won the 800 in 2:39.50 and the 1,600 in 5:41.71. Mia Nappi won the 100 hurdles for Seward in 19.31 seconds.
