Goff, Aldridge win Freezer Food Series #3

The third race of the Freezer Food Series went to Sean Goff, who won Sunday afternoon at the Tsalteshi Trails, covering the three-mile running course in 22 minutes, 9 seconds, over a minute of runner-up Jeff Helminiak.

Morgan Aldridge was the top female racer, finishing fifth overall in 26:05.

The 12-week winter race series concludes its running portion this Sunday at 2 p.m. The next four events after that will be fat tire bike races, and the series will wrap up with four nordic ski races.
