Carstens, Dorvall play in AABC All Star Games

Seth Carstens of Nikiski and Nianiella Dorvall of Nikolaevsk represented the Peninsula in the 2014 AABC Senior All Star Games, held Friday at Anchorage Christian Schools.

Carstens played for the Gold Bears and helped the squad to a 102-95 victory over the Blue Wolves.

Carstens finished with nine points on 4-of-10 shooting from the floor. He added seven rebounds.

Dorvall also was victorious, as her Blue Wolves took down the Gold Bears 86-84.

Dorvall finished with four points on 2-of-5 shooting. She pulled down five rebounds.
