MIHS of Canada Hockey Camps will return to Kenai for its 16th season on Aug. 1 and 2. The camp is open to boys and girls 18 and under and will focus on defensive skills and checking development, as well as goaltender training.

Brad Odegaard will bring up Bob Beers as head instructor. Beers is a former member of the Boston Bruins and a current NHL broadcaster. Kevin Reiter, current USA Hockey head of goaltending and former UAA standout, also will be at the camp.

Skill development will be included with the defensive/checking component. Goaltender training will provide private ice sessions along with the regular camp. Space is limited for goaltenders.

Deposits, payments and registrations are being accepted through RedLine Sports in Kenai. Questions about the camp can be directed to Odegaard at bradod@comcast.net.
