Kenai volleyball tops Homer

The Kenai Central volleyball squad picked up a 3-1 road win over Homer Thursday night in nonconference play.

An improved Kardinals team won with scores of 23-25, 25-15, 25-15 and 25-18.

Kenai’s Abby Beck led the charge with 15 kills, 17 aces and three digs. Also, Cori Holmes notched 24 digs, Jacey Ross had 22 digs, Alexis Baker had 21 digs and Emily Koziczkowski blasted seven kills.
