Poet’s Corner: Undefined

Undefined

By Chyanne Lewis, Kenai

Existing as a thought formed slightly in the mind

Still not quite reality, I feel I am confined

To pure imagination that is locked into the eyes

Do you see me as I shall be, as a figure that may rise

Into a detailed shadow former, illuminating from the skies

Or am I here before you, or a fragment shot from lies?

I am what you want me to be, nothing more in me confides

So if you feel I am not worthy, or you feel I can’t suffice

Then here I lay before you, a thought I hope may rise

I am caught in your perception, how you see me otherwise

Is just a thought that you’ve created, for I bare no mere disguise

I can only be here with you, if you see me in your mind

So in ways I guess you may say, that I am “undefined.”
