Law enforcement is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run vehicle collision on Friday afternoon.
Alaska State Troopers responded to the collision at Milepost 15 next to the Immanuel Baptist Church on Kalifornsky Beach Road. The vehicle that fled the scene has not been identified. The other party was able to drive the vehicle from the scene after speaking with authorities.
The vehicle was described as either a white late-80s full-size pickup with a camper, or a full-size late-1980s SUV. The vehicle’s passenger side will have visible damage.
