A Texas man has been reported missing after he failed to show up for work in Anchor Point on Saturday.
John Griffith, 40, was reported missing Saturday afternoon after he didn’t show up at work and hadn’t been heard from since the morning, according to an Alaska State Troopers online dispatch. He hasn’t been seen since Saturday morning and hasn’t been in touch with anyone.
Griffith also missed scheduled flights to go home to Texas on Monday, according to the dispatch.
He was last seen wearing an orange jumpsuit with M-I Swaco markings on it, an oilfield support service company, according to the dispatch. Troopers have added them to the Alaska Department of Public Safety’s missing persons database.
