Sterling’s Morgan Aldridge, 43, won the individual duathlon at Lavaman Triathlon 2025 on Sunday, April 6, in Hawaii.
The duathlon was a 3-kilometer run, followed by a 40-kilometer bike, followed by a 10-kilometer run.
Aldridge finished in 2 hours, 19 minutes, 53 seconds, to take the overall win.
Tom Guerin of Hawaii was second at 2:25:26, while Tanis Zutz of Canada was the second women’s finisher at 2:45:03.
The race had 30 finishers, seven of which came from Alaska.
