The fourth season of the Salmon Run Series will begin Wednesday at the Skyview trailhead of Tsalteshi Trails and continue weekly until Aug. 5.

Each race is five kilometers long and uses a variety of trails in the Tsalteshi system. The races begin at 6 p.m.

This year, there also will be a youth division again. That’s a 1K race for children 6 and under before the 5K race.

Proceeds benefit the Kenai Watershed Forum’s summer camps.
