Mike Crawford captured Wednesday night’s Freezer Food Series race No. 10 to propel him to the overall series title.

Crawford completed the three-mile “micro-triathlon” course at the Slikok trail system in 19 minutes, 58 seconds, beating runner-up Tony Eskelin by 27 seconds. The course consisted of three laps around the Slikok loop, each with a different mode of transportation. Racers began on skis, transitioned to bikes and finished on foot.

Morgan Aldridge finished third Wednesday in 25:21 as the top female racer and also took home second in the overall, 10-race series.
