A pair of state berths will be up for grabs Thursday through Saturday at the seven-team Northern Lights Conference softball tournament in Kodiak.

The top-seeded Bears have a bye in the first round and will await the winner of No. 4 Palmer and No. 5 Houston on Thursday.
No. 3 Kenai and No. 6 Homer play in the first round at noon Thursday, while the No. 2 Stars and No. 7 Redington play at 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
