Alaska coronavirus cases grow to 12

As of Thursday night, the state had conducted 513 tests for the new coronavirus.

3 news cases of COVID-19 reported, 1 in Seward

The Seward case self-reported and self-isolated when mild symptoms appeared.

Kenai passes emergency declaration; Soldotna council to consider declaration Thursday
