Kenai JV cagers sweep CIA

The host Kenai Central junior varsity basketball teams swept Cook Inlet Academy on Monday in nonconference action.
The Kenai junior varsity girls topped CIA 33-22. For the Eagles girls, Anna Henderson had 11, Annika Castenholz had five, Tatum Rozak had three and Jamie Hyatt had three.
The Kards JV boys notched a 63-52 victory. For CIA, Moore had 23, Mason Zeigler had eight, Josh Boyd had seven, James Boyd had six, Ethan Boyd had four, Isaac Johnson had seven and Austin Matheson had three.
