Friday: Colony soccer sweeps Soldotna

The host Colony soccer teams swept Soldotna on Friday in nonconference action.
After the losses to the Division I Knights, the SoHi girls are 0-2 overall, while the boys are 1-1.
The Stars girls took a 4-0 defeat.
The SoHi boys went down 5-1. Soldotna head coach Erik Dolphin wrote in a text message that Lane Hillyer scored an amazing free kick at the end of the first half.
Dolphin wrote that Colony has a very good team that has been beating up on Division I teams as well. He expects the Knights to contend for the Division I state title.
