All three Kenai Peninsula advisory boards to Alaska State Parks are accepting applications for vacancies until March 3.

The Alaska State Parks Kenai Peninsula Regional Office announced the opening of the application process in a press release Tuesday. Those selected for the openings will serve three-year terms from July of this year until June 2026.

Kenai Peninsula advisory boards for the Alaska State Parks include Kenai River Special Management Area, Kachemak Bay State Park and Seward State Parks advisory boards.

According to the release, Alaska State Park advisory boards provide state park managers with recommendations on management issues affecting each state park.
