Dahl captures Salmon Run Series 4

Ollie Dahl won the fourth race of the Salmon Run Series on Wednesday, July 30, at Tsalteshi Trails just outside of Soldotna.

Dahl ran 5 kilometers in 18 minutes, 44 seconds, to top the 19:56 of runner-up Karl Danielson.

The fifth and final race of the series will be Wednesday, Aug. 6, at the track at the Skyview Middle School trailhead.

Racers can register at kenaiwatershed.org. Check-in and registration for the race is 5:30 to 6 p.m. The 1-kilometer kids race is at 6 p.m., while the 5K race starts at 6:15 p.m.
