Soup-er holiday

Matt Conner takes his pick of soups at the Sterling Elementary School’s annual family day on Wednesday, before the start of the Thanksgiving holiday. The event started as a fundraiser for the fifth and sixth grade classes last year and continued this year to raise funds for the classrooms. The sixth-grade class parents cooked a variety of soups to choose from including moose chili and chicken noodle. Attendees also had the option to purchase a school lunch of pizza.
