Disturbance

At 4:16 a.m on Monday, 25-year-old Tyler Kowalcik was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for disorderly conduct. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

At 4:13 p.m. on Monday, 58-year-old Lance Christian Cesar was cited and released on Jordan Avenue for violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.

Fraud Forgery Counterfeit NSF

At 5:42 p.m. on Monday, a new case was created for federal reporting purposes for fraud stemming from a previous theft.

Trespassing

At 10 a.m. on Monday, 40-year-old Thomas Johnathan May was cited and released on Teal Street for trespassing.
