Local law enforcement and firefighters went head-to-head Friday night to raise money for the Nikiski Children’s Fund. The firefighters from Nikiski and Kenai put up a valiant effort, but the boys in blue ultimately won the game 6-5. Local law enforcement and firefighters went head-to-head Friday night at Coral Seymour Memorial Park in Kenai for the third annual Guns and Hoses Charity Baseball Game, which raises money for the Nikiski Children’s Fund.
