Light quake shakes central Kenai Peninsula

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.6 gave the Kenai Peninsula a light shake Tuesday night.
According to the Alaska Earthquake Information Center, the quake hit at 8:07 p.m. and was centered 28 miles east of Soldotna, just south of Skilak Lake, at a depth of 21.7 miles.
