Field house proposition fails by narrow margin

Soldotna residents voted down a proposition that would supply bonds to construct a field house. The proposition failed by 18 votes, with 363 votes opposing the proposition and 345 supporting. The election results will be certified at Wednesday’s Soldotna City Council meeting.
