Homer got several inches of snow between Wednesday and Saturday, and while the clouds broke Saturday to provide a little sunshine, the wind was preparing to roll in across Kachemak Bay. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts the wind will keep blowing in the area for the remainder of the week, with winds about 20 knots on Monday, according to the NOAA marine forecast.
