A U.S. Air Force F-22 “Raptor” fighter jet takes off from the Kenai Municipal Airport on Monday, March 19, 2018 in Kenai. Weather conditions stopped the fighters from landing at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, their home field.
