I don’t order pumpkin spice lattes because I don’t drink coffee, but if I did, I might try one.

There’s hardly any leaves left to fall, and it’s putting me in the mood for pumpkin cookies, bread, muffin, pancakes … you get the idea. So here’s a really easy pumpkin pie spice mix you can whip together to add an autumn boost to whatever you’re making. Pumpkin spice chocolate chip pancakes would make a great work from home breakfast this week.

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon nutmeg

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

⅛ teaspoon of ground cloves

In a small bowl, mix together all the spices until combined.
