Poet’s Corner: ‘Trouble’

Trouble

Trouble, trouble, trouble … troubled.

Here it comes, MORE then doubled.

Once I get my life on track..

Trouble comes, to set me back.

Problems, trials, and tribulation,

This is NOT a “new sensation.”

I’m doing fine … I turn around,

Trouble’s there, to knock me down.

I get back up, I carry on …

And HOPE that finally, Trouble’s gone.

But we know THIS, friends, and foes,

Trouble comes … and Trouble goes.

So get your sturdy Heart together,

And ride out storms of Troubled weather.

They will pass, and skies will clear …

And when they do…you’ll still be here.
