Results posted for Races 1 and 2 at Soldotna Cycle Series

The Soldotna Cycle Series held its first two races of the season July 10 and July 17 at Tsalteshi Trails just outside of Soldotna.

Eric Willets won the 12-kilometer race July 10 in 31 minutes, 51 seconds, while Morgan Aldridge was the top woman at 31:59.

Coltan Tuia won the 6-kilometer event at 15:42.

Chase Laker nabbed the 12-kilometer race July 17 in 32:28, while Aldridge was the top woman, and second overall, at 33:53.

Dominic Rigueiro captured the 6-kilometer event at 18:08.

The third race of the series will be Thursday, July 24. Registration is at 5:45 p.m. and is $5 for Tsalteshi Trails Association members and $10 for nonmembers. The race starts at 6:15 p.m.
