A half dozen people tried performers tried their hand at stand-up last week, during a writing workshop hosted by the Kenai Performers. Taught by comedian and entertainer Chelsea Hart, the workshop aimed to help comedians solidify their routine and start producing material for their acts. Following the class, participants tried out their routines during a public open mic.
