The Stars move to 5-0 in the league and 9-4 overall, while the Bulldogs, who are playing with girls and boys because there were not enough girls to field a team, fell to 0-4 and 0-6.

Phoenix Goolsby got the shutout in net, with normal goalie Luke Hillyer seeing some time at forward.
The first-half goals were James Alden, Scott Bieber from Ryan McVey, Bieber, McVey and Chayton Uribe-Koivisto.
Dolphin did run out some starters for the first 15 minutes of the second half.

On April 22, Nikiski decided to combine the girls team with the boys team. Later that day, the Bulldogs lost to the Stars 17-1.
“Better than last game against SoHi,” Nikiski coach Horst Haunold wrote in a text message.
Haunold said SoHi deserves to be atop the conference standings, but added that Jayden Anderson and Frank Nasibog furnished some bright spots on defense, while Dylan Hall was steady in the goal.
“The kids never gave up,” Haunold wrote.
