The Ninilchik basketball team split Southern Conference games at Lumen Christi on Monday.
The Wolverines girls took a 52-10 loss, while the boys grabbed a 56-48 win. The girls are now 0-2 in the league and 2-7 overall, while the boys are 2-0 in the league and 6-4 overall.
The Ninilchik boys led 11-8 after the first quarter and 26-19 at the half. The Archangels closed the gap to 39-37 after the third quarter before the Wolverines won the final quarter 17-11.
Kade McCorison poured in 35 points to lead the Wolverines, while Max Russell had 9, Eric Radar had 5, Andon McCorison had 4, Brandt Mill had 2 and Onyx Allen had 1.
