Nikolaevsk cagers sweep Kalskag

The Nikolaevsk girls and boys basketball teams scored victories over visiting Kalskag on Monday in nonconference action.

The girls won 45-16. Megan Hickman paced the girls with 14 points, while Elizabeth Fefelov and Vera Fefelov each had nine.

Pamela Nelson paced Kalskag with six.

The boys notched a 45-20 victory over Kalskag, taking an 18-14 lead after the first quarter.

Nikit Fefelov paced the Warriors with 13 points, while Felemon Molodih added 10.

Robert Wise and Basil Nook each had six for Kalskag.
