Hogue, Aldridge win Soldotna Cycle Series 4

Dylan Hogue and Morgan Aldridge took victories at the fourth race of the Soldotna Cycle Series on Thursday at Tsalteshi Trails just outside of Soldotna.

In the 12-kilometer race, Hogue crossed the line first at 30 minutes, 1 second, while Ollie Dahl was the runner-up at 30:57.

Aldridge was third overall, and the top woman, at 32:52, while Emma Blake was the second woman, and seventh overall, at 37:47.

Jon Sanborn won the six-kilometer race at 22:34.

The fifth race of the series will be Thursday at Tsalteshi Trails, meeting at the Kalifornsky Beach trailhead across from the Soldotna Regional Sports Complex.

Registration will be at 5:45 p.m., while the race starts at 6:15 p.m.
