Friday: Twins start Midseason Classic by topping South

The Wolverines outhit the Twins 11-7. However, South committed seven errors, while Post 20 did not commit an error.

South also was able to steal three bases while getting caught once. The Twins stole five bases and did not get caught.

Also, according to Van Williams, media director for Alaska Legion Baseball, the Twins turned three double plays. The tournament record is four.
