Fleetwood wins KBay Mountain Classic

Anne Fleetwood led 31 runners to the finish line of the Grace Ridge Race – KBay Mountain Classic on Saturday in Kachemak Bay State Park across Kachemak Bay from Homer.

The race, which is over 9 miles long and features 3,200 feet of vertical gain and loss, is a fundraiser for Friends of Kachemak Bay State Parks.

Fleetwood won at 2 hours, 47 seconds, while Ben Wiley was next at 2:02:40.
