Jarod and Sarah Urban of Anchorage announce the birth of their daughter, Olivia Genevieve Urban, at 6:25 a.m. Feb. 26, 2014. She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and measured 19.5 inches. Her grandparents are Roy and Brenda Mahan of Fallon, Nevada, Jody Rozkydal of Anchorage, and David and RuthAnn Urban of Soldotna.

Shane and Kaylee Price announce the birth of their daughter, Hazel Paige, at 12:21 p.m. on April 11, 2014. She weighed 6.8 pounds and measured 18 1/2 inches. Her grandparents are Shelly Bayliss and Ron and Terri Hammer. Her great-grandmothers are Emma Whitaker and Shirley MacDonald.

Events, wedding, engagement and birth submissions may not be older than six months. Wedding anniversary announcements are printed in five-year increments beginning with the 20th.

The Community page is a way to highlight activities and events that happen with a photo. If your group or organization has a photo of an event to share, submit the photo and the following information for print: Who took the photo, who’s in it, when and where it was taken, a brief description of what’s happening, and a name and phone number in case we have questions.
