Support for Soldotna High School After Prom appreciated

Once again, our generous community has risen to great heights in support of our youth! In addition to the donations of funds, prizes, and supplies from those listed above, we would like to extend special thanks to Sgt. Kant and Officer Koenig of the Soldotna Police Department, Lt. Gilmore of the Alaska State Troopers, Tony Graham and John Pothast for their help in establishing a safe and secure environment for our After Prom attendees. Our thanks, as well, to Principal Curt Schmidt of Soldotna Prep School for the use of the building for the event. We also appreciate the use of the snow cone machine from Sterling Elementary School and the Putt Putt Golf game from Tustumena Elementary School. We couldn’t have done it without the help of our amazing SoHi office ladies – thank you! And thanks to all those who purchased Sneak A Peek tickets to help fund a wide variety of great prizes for our students!

Our young people are our most precious resource and we are so very grateful to all those involved in helping us host a fun and safe event for students to attend after the Prom. Students had a great time together, won fabulous prizes, and saw their community step up for their benefit. Many thanks to all those who had a hand in making this a successful event and our apologies to anyone who may have inadvertently been left out of the list above.
