Here are my thoughts on how to fix the fiscal deficit. Give everyone who is eligible for the dividend 100,000 dollars and the legislature can keep the rest. If invested wisely this will allow for perpetuity and a person can do a lot with it. Pay off a mortgage, school loans, and allow one to be debt free for the remainder of your life. It would also insure that the programs in place are funded and give the powers that be enough working capital to finance future projects to fund the state’s economy.
