Letter: Fundraiser organizers grateful for support

Fundraiser organizers grateful for support

This letter comes with a debt of gratitude to the following for their assistance in making the Richard Ross Medical Fundraiser held at Kenai Middle School a smashing success by exceeding all expectations.

To the administration, teachers, office and custodial staff, we thank you for your support, encouragement and help. The time and effort you spent making soup, selling tickets, and creating “Silent Auction” baskets was humbling.

To Acapulco, Charlotte’s, Louie’s, and Main Street Tap and Grill, Sushi Exchange and Where It’s At, your soup was superb! Arby’s for the bread and Kenai Safeway for bread and dessert; we are grateful. Thank you to Coke for the thirst quenching beverages and Phillip Lazenby for the cookies and cupcakes. The leadership class at Kenai Middle School and Marci True for all the paper products and The Peppershakers for the live music and evening of entertainment.

Sincere appreciation goes to Dixie St. John and Christie Ewing Holmes for their tireless and unselfish energy and organization. This event would not have happened without you!

Heartfelt gratitude to the businesses and individuals of this exceptional community who opened their hearts and wallets to Richard; we cannot thank you enough.

Anyone who we failed to mention was unintentional and no less appreciated.

Thank you all again,

Fundraising Committee
