Decision on surgery center colors mayoral race

I am voting for a mayor that appreciates and welcomes new business and jobs to Kenai. I am voting Brian Gabriel for mayor of Kenai.

When a group of local reputable well established surgeons wanted to build and establish a surgery center in Kenai, Mr. Smalley, our Kenai representative on the borough assembly, was the first to voice his opinion against the facility.

This facility would have brought many many jobs to Kenai, more taxes to the city, and given us seniors and others a “choice” for our health care.

These dedicated doctors found a way to do it anyway. Now due to the borough hospital refusing an agreement with the facility, the only other choice us seniors with Medicare still have is going to Anchorage.
