Bike Rodeo a smooth ride with plenty of support

It was brisk and cloudy today for bike rodeo. Kaleidoscope School is incredibly fortunate to have so much community support making the Bike Rodeo memorable, and educational. The students learned about bike safety from Kenai Police Officer Alex Prins and assistant Dillon Story, had helmets checked or purchased from Nurse Jane Fellman with Safe Kids, and enjoyed riding bikes on the course. In addition, The Bike Loft’s own John Tabor provided tune-ups for the students’ bikes. Kaleidoscope’s PTA provided lunch snacks.

This event could not have been possible without volunteers. Special thanks go out to the following terrific contributors: Officer Alex Prins, Nurse Jane Fellman, John Tabor, and KSAS PTA.

Last, but not least, I would like to thank the parent volunteers.
