Bailey, Anderson plan to wed

Brooke Bailey of Soldotna and Jason Anderson of Kenai, plan to marry Sunday, Jan. 10, 2010, at Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Joey and Febra Hensley, of Soldotna and the granddaughter of Shirley Bailey, of Soldotna, Vernon Bailey, of Sandpoint, Idaho, JR and Vicki Hensley, of Nikiski and Susan and John Anderson of Hope. She is a graduate of Soldotna High School and New Frontier Votech for accounting. Brooke is a real estate assistant.

The future groom is the son of Jeff and Linda Anderson, of Kenai, and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Anderson of Anchorage. He is graduate of Kenai Central High School and has his health and safety, CPR and Hazwoper certifications. Jason is employed with the GLM Machine Shop.

The couple met in high school. One of Brooke's best friends, introduced them to each other and Jason and Brooke continued to be friends for years, until that friendship brought them together in love.
