Business keeps woman tuned in to Phillies, Yankees
I stopped to see an old friend, Ruth Fitzpatrick, last week who is very very ill. I asked if there was anything she would like and she replied in a weak voice that a TV in her room to see the World Series would be great. She is bed-ridden and can not be moved to the TV room.
I contacted Dan's TV and Appliance in Kenai and explained the urgency of the situation and they immediately sent one of their best service people, Anthony Hannevold, to solve the problem. In less than two hours Ruth had a TV in her room and has been able to watch all the series games.
It is so nice to have a business like Dan's TV in our town that will respond the way they did to some one in need -- they are a real credit to our community.
