On Oct. 15, the Soldotna Middle student body and staff celebrated their own special Breast Cancer Awareness Day by wearing as much pink as possible to "Think Pink." It was especially "pink" at the all-school assembly held in the afternoon. Mr. Truesdell challenged all homerooms to count points of pink and awarded the winners and their homeroom teacher, Ms. Shelli Church for their efforts.
