Chocolate candy cups

Makes about 8 candy shells, depending upon size of baking cups.

1 to 2 (14-ounce) bags Wilton chocolate candy melts*

6-ounce silicone baking cups

Non-stick cooking spray

Lightly spray inside of silicone cups with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. Melt candy according to directions on bag. While candy is warm, brush a thick coating of candy on the inside of the baking cups.

Place baking cups in the refrigerator and allow candy to harden, about 15 minutes. After candy has hardened, gently remove shells from the baking cups. (Be sure to make extra candy cups in case of breakage.)

To store shells, place sheets of wax paper between shells, then store at room temperature, in a covered container, for up to 1 week.

Kitchen Ade Note: Wilton Candy Melts can be found in craft stores and stores that sell candy-making supplies.
