Pink salmon loaf

1 can salmon (If using fresh salmon remove skin and saute and brown meat in olive oil until cooked. Then remove bone and skin)

2 eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Diced onions

1 cup milk

1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs

Melted butter

Place fish in a mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Shape into a loaf. Pour melted butter or oleo on top. Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minute.

Add extra milk if it looks dry. (Milk keeps it moist and delicious!
