Keep the good ones: Why limit your free choice?

If you pass the term limit ballot measure in the Oct. 2 election, you stop qualified and knowledgeable people from running for re-election.

I see some people may be trying to eliminate the competition so they may have a chance to win an election.

The sponsor group is always trying to limit government expense, but this will open up a can of worms that will wind up in the courthouse costing you and me money.

Using Mr. Superman, as an example, if passed would keep him from serving on the assembly, but no one else is on the ballot for the Nikiski seat. Who gets the seat?

Do you use a different accountant every six years? Car mechanic, lawyer, doctor? No, you get a good one and keep them.

Vote "No" on term limits.
