On behalf of the over 500 members of the Kenai Peninsula Borough Education Association, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mayor John Williams for proposing the Borough Assembly fund K-12 education to the cap.

I would also like to encourage the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly members to take Mayor Williams' recommendation.

We realize this is a significant contribution on the part of the assembly, and we do appreciate your efforts.
